Heidi Stone, Director of Sales

Heidi Stone brings over 15 years experience in Hospitality Sales and Catering to the High Peaks Resort.  She has held the Director of Sales position at Berry Hill Plantation Resort, Doubletree and Hilton Hotels, and the Berkeley Hotel in Richmond, Virginia.  Early in her career, Stone worked with Walt Disney Resorts, the Sagamore Resort, and The Peabody Hotel Group. 

Stone enjoys shopping and cooking with her six year old daughter, Gracie.  She is an avid Washington Redskins and Detroit Red Wing Fan!

Alex Warden, Senior Sales Manager

Alex brings a wealth of sales experience to High Peaks Resort.  He was most recently Sales Manager for the Holiday Inn on Wolf Road in Albany, but prior to that spent seven years as Sales Manager for the Desmond Hotel in Albany.  He also enjoyed a ten-year tenure as Senior Sales Manager for the Albany Marriott and was for three years the Director of Sales and Marketing for the Equinox Hotel, Resort and Spa in Manchester Village, Vermont.

Alex is a very well respected member of the Empire State Society of Association Executives and has numerous long-standing client relationships in the Albany area.
 
On the weekends, Alex enjoys woodworking, gardening, and all kinds of sports activities.  He and his wife, Betsy, reside in Queesbury, NY.

Heather Bell, Event Coordinator

A graduate from Siena College with a B.S. in Marketing Heather’s professional experience is built on the commitment to exceptional customer service. She prides herself in her detailed product knowledge and her hands on experience as a trade show organizer. It is Heather’s charming personality and reassuring attitude that puts her clients at ease, knowing that their wedding and meeting plans will be nothing short of delightful. 

In her free time, Heather enjoys skiing, hiking, and boating. Her hobbies include cooking and taking care of her Tea Cup Poodle, Bella.

Nichole Buck, Event Coordinator

Nichole Buck joined our sales team in October 2009 and has already proven to be an asset to our team. A graduate from Saint Michael’s College with a B.S. in Business Administration and a minor in Marketing, Nichole comes to us with a experience in Marketing and will undoubtedly provide many creative ideas for clients.  Nichole is hard working and strives for nothing less than perfection. In her free time, she enjoys playing soccer and spending time with family and friends.

Vivian Andrews, Sales Administrative Assistant

Vivian comes to us with over 18 years experience in the hotel industry and 14 years in the banking industry.  Serving as Controller for 8 years at Embassy Suites Hotel, 8 years as Executive Assistant at Hilton Woodcliff Lake Hotel, and 14 years as Staff Accountant in banking, her well rounded experience has enabled her to wear many hats.  With her vibrant personality and seasoned experience, she is the glue that keeps us together, focused and always ready to back us up at a moment’s notice.

Four years ago Vivian relocated from Bergen County NJ with her Fiancé to fulfill her desire to live here amongst the Adirondack Mountains and Lake Placid.  In her pastime, Vivian enjoys taking care of her four rescued beagles providing a loving home for the rest of their lives and creating and maintaining her many gardens. Also she enjoys volunteering when she can at the local animal shelter.
