Named for local dignitary, Mr. Peter Roland, whose family began the history of hospitality in this location nearly 100 years ago, PR's is an elegantly appointed lobby bar with large comfortable chairs, 65 inch flat screen television and the warming scent of burning wood in a double hearth natural stone fireplace. Bright colors and a glowing fire are reminiscent of the property's century-old history as a bed and breakfast.

PR's bar and lounge will set the tone for your entire visit. It is located adjacent to our registration desk, and will invite all who enter our Lake Placid resort. Start the evening, meet,  enjoy and plan the night's activities; then rendezvous back at PR's for that special after dinner cordial before retiring to your room.

On Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights during fall and winter, PRs offers a unique food and beverage menu. With exotic tapas creatively presented, delicious fondues, wines by the glass and by the bottle coupled with an intimately understated yet opulent décor featuring ornate woods an oversized leather chairs, this one-of-a-kind lounge will appeal to guests, locals and travelers.
