Fine artisan bread served on oven-warmed Himalayan Salt blocks, hand-blown blue glass bottles filled with ice-cold filtered spring water presented, our guests will delight in both the stories behind the details as well as in main courses ranging from poached wild salmon and pan roasted halibut, to cherry wood smoked filet mignon and Black Angus sirloin.
