Room Attendant
Cleanliness is one of the most important features a hotel can offer its guests. We are seeking exceptional housekeeping candidates for the position of room attendant who will clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and lobby areas. Responsibilities include changing linens and towels, restocking amenities and other items, cleaning and disinfecting all guestroom and bathroom surfaces, dusting and polishing all furniture, removing trash, vacuuming, and cleaning floors, and ensuring that each room is spotless before each guest arrives. The successful candidate will have an eye for detail, cleaning experience, and a desire for perfection. Conscientiousness is important as you will leave your mark on each room that you clean. Friendliness and a positive attitude are important also because you will be ambassadors of the hotel.
Sales
Director of Sales and Marketing
We are seeking a talented and dynamic Director of Sales and Marketing to lead and manage our Sales and Marketing team. The successful candidate will be able to quickly embrace our vision and implement a plan that will lead our property to significant growth and profitability. Responsibilities include developing business leads and soliciting potential clients, servicing existing accounts in assigned market segment(s), selling all resort facilities, and exceeding sales goals for rate, occupancy, and revenue. This position also has oversight responsibility for all marketing initiatives to include Internet marketing and social media, advertising and promotional activities, and public relations. A minimum of 5 years of hotel Sales and Marketing experience is required, and independent, resort destination sales experience is highly desired. A 4-year college degree is required, preferably in hospitality and tourism.
Catering Sales Manager
This position requires an energetic, motivated sales professional who is able to maximize rooms and catering revenue for the property, with an emphasis on booking weddings. The position requires the ability to negotiate effectively and build client relationships that ensure customer loyalty. In addition to meeting sales goals, responsibilities include planning and coordinating all details of each client’s function such as menus, meeting details, and group activities. Significant data entry is required to input Banquet Event Orders and other banquet postings. Working weekends and some travel are required.
Food & Beverage Department
PM Line Cook
This position requires experience in food handling, sanitation, and preparation. Candidates must be able to operate a grill and broiler, and prepare all of our menu items according to our Executive Chef’s specifications. Conscientiousness, attention to detail and quality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of the evening team is a must.
PM Dishwasher
We are seeking a dependable, flexible individual who has a positive attitude and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Duties include operating a dishwashing machine, mopping, emptying kitchen trash receptacles, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness. This is a key position in the successful operation of our kitchen.
