• Cornell University Uihlein Maple Research Forest
  Visit for tours of the maple sugaring process, maple industry research, tasting, live demonstrations, and the opportunity to purchase maple products. The Uihlein Maple Research Forest also grows birch and beech trees, which you can sample and learn about. Free maple syrup tasting, as well as other tree syrup tastings and maple coffee.

• Mark Twain Mapleworks
  Taste maple products such as maple spread, maple mustard, maple hot sauce, maple soda, cotton candy, and, of course, maple syrup. Take a tour of the maple syrup production process and, weather permitting, observe the production of maple syrup and cotton candy firsthand.
