Fall in Lake Placid means color on the hillsides, cool mornings, and days built for slowing down. The Mountains & Maple package pairs 15% off your stay with real maple products from Bechard's Sugar House, a treat you can enjoy in the room or take home with you.

This package runs midweek through the end of November. If you catch us during peak color, the sugar maples around Mirror Lake and Main Street put on a real show. If the leaves have already turned by the time you book, you'll still get a sweet taste of fall: the maple treats, the crisp air, and the quieter pace of late-season Lake Placid.

  • Unless otherwise noted, a credit card is required to confirm your reservation. A one-night deposit will be charged at the time of booking. Please view the rate details or speak with a High Peaks Resort reservations agent to confirm the final cancellation date, at which point the reservation will become non-cancellable, and the deposit will be fully non-refundable.
  • The cost of a maple gift basket will be applied to the first night of your stay.
  • Subject to availability. Stay restrictions and blackout dates apply. Travel dates are available through November 30.
