Terms and conditions
- Lift tickets to Whiteface Mountain must be purchased separately.
- Season begins approximately November 24 and runs through approximately April 9.
- Late checkout departures are available only on select Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday this winter. If you extend or change your dates of stay after booking, please contact us directly to confirm this late departure is available on your new departure date or explore options.
- Rate does not include taxes, gratuities, or other incidental charges
- Unless otherwise noted, a credit card is required to confirm your reservation. A one-night deposit will be charged at the time of booking. This deposit is refundable with appropriate notice less a $25 cancellation admin fee. Please view the rate details or speak with a High Peaks Resort reservations agent to confirm the final cancellation date, at which point the reservation will become non-cancellable and the deposit will be fully non-refundable.
