Terms and conditions

  • Lift tickets to Whiteface Mountain must be purchased separately.
  • The package is subject to availability, and a limited number of packages are available per night.
  • The season begins with arrivals approximately November 26 and runs through approximately April 9. Not available for departures Thursday through Sunday.
  • Late checkout departures are available only on select Sunday through Wednesday departure dates this winter. If you need to extend or change your dates of stay after booking, please contact us directly to confirm that a late departure is available on your new departure date or explore alternative options.
  • Rate does not include taxes, gratuities, or other incidental charges.
  • Unless otherwise noted, a credit card is required to confirm your reservation. A one-night deposit will be charged at the time of booking. This deposit is refundable with appropriate notice. Please review the rate details or speak with a High Peaks Resort reservations agent to confirm the final cancellation date, after which the reservation will become non-cancellable and the deposit will be fully non-refundable.
