ORDA Summer Comedy: Jon Fisch and Richie Byrne

Live stand-up comedy returns to Lake Placid on August 22, when the ORDA Summer Comedy Series, presented by High Peaks Resort, brings a double bill to the Olympic Center. Jon Fisch is a Late Show veteran who has played both Letterman and Colbert. Richie Byrne is a clean, high-energy headliner who logs more than 500 shows a year. Two comics, two styles, one night at the Lussi Ballroom.

Richie Byrne is one of the most requested comedians working today, known for high energy with no obscenity. He's appeared on Comedy Central's "Premium Blend," VH1's "Stand-Up Spotlight," and "The Rosie O'Donnell Show," with acting roles on HBO's "The Sopranos" and "Sex and the City" and NBC's "Law & Order."

Jon Fisch is a New York City comedian who mines the everyday absurdities of city life. A Comedy Central "Fresh Face of Comedy" and Montreal Just for Laughs alum, he's appeared on "The Late Show with David Letterman," NBC's "Last Comic Standing 4," and "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert." He performs regularly at Gotham Comedy Club and the Comedy Cellar.
