Elevate Your Stay: Summer Experiences at High Peaks Resort

When you check into High Peaks Resort, you’re not just booking a room—you’re stepping into the ultimate Adirondack summer. This isn’t a vacation you’ll watch happen. This is one you’ll live.

All season long, our guests are invited to take part in a rotating schedule of exclusive resort experiences that celebrate everything we love about summer in the Adirondacks. These aren’t just amenities, they’re moments you’ll remember long after you leave.

One morning, you might welcome the day with outdoor yoga, the sun rising over Mirror Lake as you breathe in mountain air and settle into stillness. Later in the week, you could cool off with a splash of aqua aerobics, or tap into your playful side with hula hoop fitness - yes, it’s a thing, and yes, it’s way more fun than it sounds.

Families and creatives alike can look forward to experiences like seasonal crafts, and face painting Fridays; hands-on, feel-good activities perfect for vacation memories in the making.

Wildlife lovers won’t want to miss our awe-inspiring birds of prey demonstrations, where Adirondack raptors take center stage and expert naturalists share stories that connect you to the land and sky around you.

And anytime you need to hit pause or feel the call of the water, our complimentary watercraft, including kayaks, pedal boats, and stand-up paddleboards, are waiting on the shores of Mirror Lake. Glide across the water at your own pace, soak in the mountain views, and let the lake do what it does best: bring you back to the moment.

And no matter what the day brings, it all winds down beautifully at our Lake House fire pit. There's no better way to cap off a day in the mountains than with a golden Adirondack sunset, a crackling fire, and the company of people you care about.

These exclusive activities are only for our guests. No tickets, no extra charge, just pure, summer magic waiting for you right outside your door. The rotating experiences happen on select days throughout the week and the season and are complimentary for resort guests. They're a little unexpected. A little unforgettable. And totally High Peaks Resort.
